Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with Ballers Entertainment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

initial booking

Upon requesting to make a booking for the first time, you will be asked to provide proof of identification - this can be in the form of:

  • Driver license
  • Passport
  • Proof of age card

Without proof of identification we will not be able to progress with the booking. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

booking requirements

All waitress bookings are a minimum of three hours. Any events with 3 or more guests will require a minimum of 2 waitresses, with a ratio of 1 waitress to every 10 guests following this inital requirement. Companionship (solo 1-on-1) waitress bookings will incur a companionship surcharge of $100ph. Any bookings made away from city centres will be charged a travel fee at a rate of $20/20km or $50/ hour travelled, whichever is the lesser. Any waitress or showgirl bookings made for New Year's Eve or Christmas Day will be charged at double the ordinary rate.

Once the selected staff have been contacted and tentatively booked, a deposit will be charged to the client in order to lock in the booking. This must be payable within 24 hours or the booking will be lost. All electronic fund transfer (EFT) transactions will be subject to an additional 10% fee. This deposit is non refundable - see Cancellation section below.

Changes to the booking

Changes to the time, date and location of the booking are acceptable but subject to the availability of selected staff. There is no guarantee that the selected staff will be available pending the new details. Changes to the date of the booking require a minimum of 5 days notice. In the event that the initially selected girls are not available with the new details, alternative girls will be presented for selection.


In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is not refundable. This will go towards the cancellation fees paid to booked staff.

In the event of a cancellation by the staff, alternative options will be presented to the client. If none of the new options are satisfactory then the $100 per girl deposit, equivalent to the amount of staff cancelling, will be either refunded to the client, or credited towards the remainder of the booking.

In the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show, without being able to find a replacement, the $100 per staff deposit will be returned to the client and the total amount payable on the day will be revised to not include payment for that staff person.

In the event that the staff have arrived to the venue for the booking, but the client is unreachable, a 15 minute grace period will be given to resolve the matter. If after this time the staff are still not able to get in contact, the job will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Upon arrival to the venue the staff will make contact with the client and are to be taken to a private room in order to change attire. Any remaining payments should be made at this point to the nominated worker or, in their absence or lack of nomination, any other staff. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided. Please contact Ballers Entertainment before this time if you are unhappy with any of the staff.

Time will be counted from when the staff arrive at the venue. If staff are made to wait by the client (on the wharf, in the lobby, etc.), time will be counted from the time the booking has been made. If any staff are running more than 15 minutes late, they are expected to make up lost time at the end of the booking. If for any reason the staff cannot stay longer than the original finish time then the amount equivalent to the time unfinished will be refunded by the staff. If a refund is unable to be organised with the staff then please contact Ballers Entertainment immediately. If no immediate contact has been made with the agency then a refund cannot be issued at a later date.

Ballers Entertainment should be advised of any extensions, upgrades, or extra services within a booking immediately.

  • Contact details, including social media handles, are not to be exchanged between clients and staff.
  • There is to be absolutely no photography or filming without prior consent from the staff.
  • Staff are not to be touched inappropriately at any time, this includes during lap dances.
  • Harassment, threats, offensive comments, and assault, both towards the staff and between guests, will not be tolerated.
  • Drink spiking, or any other forms of deception to force intoxication, is absolutely prohibited.
  • Staff are hired to do a particular service - serving drinks, mingling and entertaining the guests. If additional services are requested, the staff are free to say no without continued coercion.

If any of these rules are found to be broken, the girls are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund will be provided.


Ballers Entertainment is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by any staff at the event. All staff are sub-contractors of Ballers Entertainment only. Any legal matters are required to be resolved between the client and any involved staff.
